If you don't already know, the Tasmanian Produce Collective is an online Farmer’s Market with seven collection points across the north, and an additional ten around our beautiful island. Wherever you are in the State, it is a great way to shop for ethically and sustainably grown Tasmanian produce. You can read more about TPC and shop in their online store here:

By entering this competition:
1. You confirm that your postcode is correct and that you live in Tasmania
2. You agree to have your name and photograph published in any Gastronomy Northern Tasmania media announcement that will be published in local newspapers and on social media.
3. Your entry will go into the draw to be shortlisted.
4. The judges decision will be final.
